When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it becomes available for shipment. Payment may be collected at the time of purchase.
Pre-order cancellations may be requested before the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, our standard Return and Refund Policy will apply.
